Kay Shelander began her professional career as an antique dealer in 1978.
Over the next few years she opened a total of four antique shops in the
historic district of Orland Park, IL and named the area Beacon Ave Antique Row.
Her business expanded in the mid 80's to include teaching, appraising and
finally, Estate sales and now auctions. Kay has built a well rounded
business for her clients. As an antique dealer Kay can buy one item or
an entire estate.
